The farm Il Martellino extends as far as 8 hectares mostly hilly, enjoys a unique panorama of the Gulf of Follonica, and it is included in an exceptional natural environment, the one of Montioni Park, a reserve of extraordinary flora and fauna, a forest of 7000 hectares, with original historical ruins: medieval towers, castles of the first millennium, furnaces, old mines that lurk between albatrosses and oak trees but also trails drawn by wild boar and deer now become paths for bikers and hikers.

The farm, which dates back at the end of the last century, has been recently renovated with the purpose of obtaining six apartments from the rural buildings. On the back of the main house there is a large stone barbecue; on the front, in the well-kept garden there are beautiful olive trees, a majestic almond tree, many acacias, oaks, cypresses and pines, while the rest of the vegetation consists of shrubbery which are typical of the Mediterranean brushwood. Along the sidewalk (which houses the tables, chairs and umbrellas where guests can eat outside while enjoying the view), but also at the sides of the paths are arranged lemon trees in vase, whose culture is typical of the Florentine-style gardens. The real queen of the garden is the swimming pool (7×14): on its solarium, but also at the shadow of the two large wooden gazebo, there are many sun beds for the relax of the guests.
